Laura Frain

Head of Education

Laura is a qualified teacher and has experience working with KS2, KS3 and KS4. Laura has worked in a variety of settings including specialist provision, mainstream secondary, PRU's and with looked after children.

Catherine Widdrington

Head of Holistic Services and Mental Health

Catherine is a qualified HLTA and ASC consultant. Catherine has worked as a pastoral lead including mainstream primary and secondary and SEMH independent settings.

Tracy Ward

Acorn and Woodland Phase Lead
DSL

Tracy has extensive expertise within early years and has an in-depth knowledge of the EYFS Framework. Tracy’s experience spans over 20+ years in early years, KS1 and KS2. Tracy is a qualified HLTA and has a BA (Hons) in English.

Sian Hughes

Specialist HLTA, Behaviour Lead

Sian is a qualified HTLA and has a level 5 qualification in children with SENDMH alongside a full degree. Sian has extensive experience and management working with young people with needs in the community and independent living. in addition she is a qualified trainer in positive behaviour management and also Sign Along - sign language to help with communication in society.

Sarah Cryer

Business Manager / Specialist TA

Sarah has 12 years experience in accounts and business management. Sarah is a qualified specialist level 3 teaching assistant. Sarah has fabulous early years skills and experience working with SEND children using dance/ rebound and theatrical therapies to enhance social and communication skills. Sarah has extensive awareness of social media production and effective accounting knowledge.
